INDIBA
Check out our INDIBA radiofrequency treatment. We are one of the only clinics in Iowa offering the amazing radiofrequency therapy, aimed at increasing cellular metabolism and tissue healing.
Integrated Golf Performance
Using TPI and PRI screening, we find your bodies impairments that may be limiting your swing or leading to injury. We address these issues with manual therapies and targeted exercise, to ensure you can stay healthy and swing freely. We utilize our Foresight simulator to track your progress
Dry Needling
Many of our providers are certified in Dry Needling. Used to address tissue restrictions or to stimulate healing, Dry Needling has become very popular in Physical Therapy. We include dry needling as necessary in our therapy sessions, and also offer it individually as a cash service.
Cupping
Our therapists use cupping to help improve blood flow, decrease tissue restrictions, and to decrease pain.
Blood Flow Restriction
Blood flow restriction training uses tight cuffs around the arms or legs to limit blood flow to the extremity. It creates a stressful environment for the muscle to promote growth and can be very effective after surgery when working around post operative precautions.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Instrument assisted tissue mobilization utilizes tools to help reduce myofascial restrictions and to improve blood flow.
