Meet The Team

Tate earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and Pre-Med from Simpson and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2006. He has been working in the outpatient orthopaedic setting since graduating and in 2012 opened Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. He also owns Integrated Golf Performance and is certified in Postural Restoration. He enjoys working with complicated chronic pain patients as well as golf patients and helping them realize their full potential with good biomechanics. Every year he goes to Pebble Beach and "works" at the Pro-Am. Tate is married and he likes to hunt and golf in his spare time, which is limited, as he has twins.

Kris graduated from Duke University with his doctorate in physical therapy after completing his undergraduate work at Central College. He enjoys combining a multitude of treatment tools including Postural Restoration, Pain Reflex Release Technique, and dry needling in the orthopedic setting to optimize his patients' function. Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with friends and family, golf, cycling, fishing, hunting, as well as following Iowa football and Duke basketball.

Eric received a degree in Exercise Science from Wayne State College in 2013 before earning his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2018. He practiced in rural Southeast Iowa in both orthopedic and acute care settings before returning to Des Moines and joining the Integrated PT team in 2021. Eric is a former high school and college athlete which drives his passion for athletics and physical wellness. Eric enjoys treating a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, pre/post-surgical care, and vestibular disorders. He believes in a one-on-one treatment approach utilizing a broad range of therapeutic treatment styles to uncover the underlying source of pain or dysfunction and maximize patient care while preventing future injury. Outside of work Eric enjoys being outdoors, golfing, running, cycling, tailgating, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, and trying new restaurants in town. 

Sam earned a bachelor's degree in human physiology and a minor in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2016. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in Arizona in 2020. He started his career in Goodyear, Arizona before moving closer to family and friends. Sam enjoys working with a wide variety of patients including athletes, geriatrics, and weekend warriors. His clinical interests include general orthopedics, postoperative care, sports medicine, and balance impairment. Outside of work Sam enjoys playing golf, watching sports, spending time with friends and family, and playing with his dog.

Eli graduated from Colby Community College in 2016. He spent the 1st year as a traveling therapist before settling in North Carolina for almost 3 years where he worked in pediatrics and long term care before moving to Des Moines. He continued to work in long term care in the metro area before joining Integrated in March of 2023. Eli spends his free time coaching girls soccer for East High School, hunting/fishing, going to concerts, and hanging out with his two dogs Chug and Ranger.

Samantha graduated from Mercy College of Health Sciences with a certificate in Paramedic in 2018.

She worked in the healthcare field as a firefighter, EMT, and then as a Fire/Medic for 10 years. Samantha came to integrated as a front office coordinator in 2021 to allow more time with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and her 5 children.

Ty completed undergrad coursework in biology at Luther College in 2019. He then attended Des Moines
University, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023. Following graduation, Ty joined the
Integrated team in June. Ty is an avid runner and a former college athlete in cross country and track. He
has a passion for helping people achieve their movement related goals. Outside of work Ty enjoys
running, fishing, and spending time with family and friends, and experimenting with new cooking
methods.

Noah graduated from Des Moines University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2023. He completed his undergraduate at Iowa State University in Kinesiology & Health with a minor in Psychology in May of 2020. Noah enjoys treating a wide range of patients, including, general musculoskeletal injuries, post-op surgical care, athletes, and individuals with active lifestyles. Noah strives for delivering strong, passionate, 1 on 1 care with his patients and enabling them with the tools to learn about their injury and how to overcome it. He enjoys staying active with running, biking, and HIIT in his free time outside of work and cheering on the Cyclones and Packers on the weekends!
