Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was founded in 2012 with a goal of providing the best physical therapy in the Des Moines Metro area. The name "Integrated" came from current owner, Tate Van Houten, who had a goal of combining a wide variety of treatments, modalities, and approaches to help many physical ailments and dysfunction. Our providers are well-versed in multiple treatment techniques, including Graston, dry needling, Kinesio tape, cupping, and more.

We offer full-service outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine services at three convenient locations. As the only Postural Restoration certified clinic in the metro, both clinics offer and emphasize the evaluation and treatment of postural patterns and dysfunction. We firmly believe in treating the WHY in addition to the WHAT.
